Justin Esterberg, M.D.
Dr. Esterberg is a twenty (20) year orthopedic surgeon based in the Seattle area. In addition to his surgical work, Dr. Esterberg has developed and monetized several IP assets over the past 10 years, including, as CEO of Navlab, developing a series of novel inventions in the AR/VR, surgical navigation, and robotics spaces which Navlab has been able to successfully monetize.

Brad Douglass, Ph.D.
Dr. Douglass has spent the last eight years of his career in the emerging cannabis industry as an innovator, operator, consultant and opinion leader. His past research has focused on the discovery of drugs, the delivery of therapeutics to the brain, and the production of pharmaceuticals. Dr. Douglass earned B.S. degrees in Neuroscience and Computer Science, an M.S. in Regulatory Science and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Southern California. Dr. Douglass is an inventor on numerous patents worldwide.

John Ciannamea
John Ciannamea's 35 year career includes C level roles, venture capital investing and working with emerging companies in New York, Silicon Valley, and Research Triangle Park. Mr. Ciannamea was involved in over 100 venture capital investments in a variety of technology areas. Mr. Ciannamea holds a B.S. and M.S. degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Mr. Robinson is a Cambridge educated MBA with additional graduate degrees from UW. He has extensive business, IP monetization, and strategy experience having completed over 150 transactions including several high profile $20M+ deals. Mr. Robinson is currently Founder and CIPO of IntuitiveX. In that role he has overseen the development of dozens of IP assets for various companies as well as the sale of multiple IP assets for excess of 10X returns.

Gregory Wesner, J.D.
Mr. Wesner is a leading intellectual property attorney and corporate growth strategist with decades of experience in pharmaceutical and life sciences companies. As counsel and adviser to corporate leadership, Mr. Wesner has designed and implemented IP - driven strategies to power growth, financing, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. Mr. Wesner graduated from the University of Michigan (B.A. in Economics, 1988) and Vanderbilt University Law School (J.D., 1991) and has practiced law at Crowell & Moring in Washington, D.C., and K&L Gates, Frommer Lawrence & Haug and Lane Powell in Seattle.

Mr. Cronin is a graduate of Northeastern University earning a B.A.Sc in Applied Economics. He is a skilled professional espousing expertise in the areas of IP valuation, IP landscaping and analytics, IP strategy and monetization, as well as invention creation and documentation. Mr. Cronin is an inventor on numerous U.S. and worldwide patents, including numerous patents in the cannabis and cannabinoid space.
